Chez Chloe    

	The adjoining cottage to Chez Jon, Chez Chloe also has south facing views over the Charentes countryside and has two good size bedrooms, one with double bed and one single bed and bunk beds. The second room will therefore sleep 3 children. The cottage has been renovated to a high standard but still maintains all the charm of property in the area. The two bedrooms still have the exposed oak beams that add to their character.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect and includes :- a dish washer a microwave cooker with oven fridge/freezer
	A comfortable lounge is equipped with UK satellite TV, DVD player, and a CD player. A selection of music CD’s, some board games and books are also provided. There is also a hard wired fast internet connection.
The bedrooms are both south facing and catch all the sunshine on offer in this the second sunniest region of France. The views are over arable farm land where sunflowers and grapes are important crops.
	The family bathroom is equipped with basin, wc and a large shower cubicle. This shower has a deep base to form a bath for young children.

This cottage shares a 10 metre [33ft] by 5 metre [16ft] heated, chlorine free swimming pool with our other small gites. The pool has a constant depth of 1.2 metres [4ft] and is fully enclosed by a wall for privacy and conforms to the very high French safety standards for pools. The pool is surrounded by a very large patio area where ample sun loungers and parasols are provided. It has stunning views over the local countryside.

We have a games room on site which faces away from the cottages and has a magnificent uninterrupted view over the countryside. To take advantage of the landscape there is also a large terrace area there and a large BBQ. The games room has table football, dart board, swing ball, boules and a badminton set and other various outdoor games. 4 adult bicycles are available to borrow free. Parking for your car or motorbike is undercover.
